NY] called H.J Resolution Number 5 to be presented before the 111th Congress 2009-
2010. H.J. Resolution Number 5 calls for a Constitutional Amendment to repeal term
limits on Presidents. What would be the positive and negative impact of removing term

First, Our Constitution is not broken.
The limits set out for the Presidency has worked very well since 1951. Before that there was only
an “Unwritten Rule‘, started
by George Washington, that no President would serve more the 2 terms. That worked up till
1940.
I see no positive aspects of removing the Constitutional Term Limit imposed on the Office of the
President. I see all kinds of negative results from an action of this nature.
The repeal would destroy another of the Checks and Balances established in the Constitution to
safeguard the Rights of the People and the States. The State have already lost there Rights and
Voice, with the passage of the 17th Amendment to the Constitution.
We only need to return to the Presidency of FDR to see what would happen if the 22nd
Amendment was repealed. FDR was elected in 1932 just as the Free Market was reviving the
stalled US economy. His massive spending drove the US and world economy into a prolonged
Depression. The entire world was affected. The same spending pattern we are seeing by the
Obama administration and the Congress that he controls.
This depression allowed an elected German to make changes to the German Constitution that
made him The Fuehrer for Life. His name was Adolph Hitler. I would think that many of us
remember the Second World War. The death of 100 million people, the destruction of Europe,
China, Japan and many other countries.
FDR’s term in office should have ended in the election of 1940. . Europe was at war. It was the
Congress, that he controlled, which allowed FDR to run for a 3rd and 4th term. The Congress
and the Courts had the power to stop him, but choose not to use that power.
FDR was given sweeping wartime powers that allowed him to deny the rights guaranteed by the
Constitution to All American citizens. I can see another President, using wartime, to grab, for the
GOOD of THE PEOPLE and THE GOOD of THE CHILDREN, sweeping power to control our
lives, right down to the details on our medical records and the ability to fire private citizen from
there jobs. Also to destroy the Free Market System, which is the greatest freedom we are granted
by the Constitution. And a freedom that someone, with unlimited terms as the President, would
find very limiting of his/her quest for more power to CONTROL.
In other words, the repeal of the 22nd Amendment, is a disastrous idea only benefiting individual
seeking to enhance then power to control us.
George Washington got it right the first time, no man or woman has the right to hold the office of
the President of the United States for more the 2 terms. The office CORRUPTS because the
office has Absolute Power to control.
2. What is the reasoning behind the formation of an organization that proposes one six
year term for all politicians?
First of all Term Limits, Voter Imposed is only seeking to limit the terms of the
Congress. Although Term Limits is not a bad idea for all elected officials’.
I have been working on term limits since 1994 and firmly believe that Congress is, by
nature and duties, a corrupting and corrosive environment, to anyone we send to
Washington. It is only a matter of time for the process to take full effect. The powers we
grant then, is so great, that no man can resist the corrupting influences
indefinately. The need to get REELECTED assure that outcome.
Congress has the power of the purse and all that power Corrupts, even men with the
strongest of characters. All we have to do is look at the 111th Congress. They are
seizing powers not granted to then by the Constitution. Powers restricted to the States
and the People. The power to negotiate a contract in good faith is no longer the law of
the land. The power to choose your work in life is not longer
the law of the land.
3. What are examples of Republics and other forms of government during history where
term limits have contributed to a sound, stable, and fiscally responsible government?
4. How would One Six Year Term Limit function and will it apply at the Federal or at all
levels including municipal, county, and state?
First of all Term Limits, Voter Imposed is only seeking to limit the terms of the
Congress. Although Term Limits is not a bad idea for all elected officials’.
Six years and out eliminates the Professional Politicians and the Professional Politic
Families. They have become the royalty, which is forbidden in the Constitution.
Six year and out would restore the Checks and Balances to our Federate Republic so
well crafted that is has taken our politicians over 225 years to mount a serious challenge
to it validity .
We are only talking about the Federal Government. The States have the power to
regulate the term in office of elected officials in there give State. I can see the potential
of the States losing that power under a long term President
5. It appears that the Obama Administration has ordered the firing of the CEO at GM.
Why has he not asked for the resignation of Dodd, Geithner, and others involved in the
AIG Scandal?
You question is good, but it does not go far enough. The question should be “Why are we
not prosecuting the Members of Congress, that are responsible for the regulations,
which caused all these problems in the first place.
To answer your question, they are Obama’s appointee and are doing his will and
following the plan outlined, to them, by their Boss.
6. Is Obama or the Governing Elite in America preparing for a dictatorship by
Washington?
All indications are that hey are gearing up the war so they can and will use the war
going badly, as a pretends to repeal the 22nd Amendment and creating a dictatorship
and a total gutting of the Constitution and it’s Protections of our rights
7. Why have career politicians of both parties been tainted with corruption? The question
is based on the fact that two of Obama’s nominees have had problems related to taxes.
It is the System and the length of time we allow people to serve that creates the ability to
become corrupt. Everybody has his/ her price. It is only a matter of time, before the
need to get reelected takes over and dictates there needed course of action. Find more
money, the money to get reelected and stay in Power.
Power corrupts and absolute Power corrupts absolutely.
8. Why does the US Government not allow the privatization of labour unions, and
political parties so that they can contribute to a true rescue of the American Economy?
I do not understand your question. Labor Unions and Political Parties are private
organizations or more correctly corporation. There is no bar to these organizations
contributing to the American Economy
9. What is the future of the United States of America if it continues the same path of
career politicians?
Socialism, Communism and destruction of the American Way of Life.
The destruction of the Free Market System and massive unemployment and Poverty.
10. What can be done at the present time to avert disaster?
In 2010, the American people forget party allegiance and exercise there God Given Right
to have a Complete rotation of all our Federally Elected officials All 435 members of the
111th Congress should be defeated and replaced with Citizen Legislators, who sign a
contract to only serve 3 terms, if they are reelected at all.
The 33 Senators, who will be running for reelection should also be replaced with Citizen
Senators and sign the same contract.

The best way I can end this interview is by including the following editorial I wrote: The
Title is JUST MY THOUGHTS .
It is time we affix the blame for our present Mega Depression and coming Hyper
Inflation. The economic meltdown of the United States started in September 2008.
I am an amateur historian and the founder of Term limits, Voter Imposed, Inc. From
my point of view, we have three parties that need to be condemned and punished for the
Mega Depression we are experiencing. Mark my words, we are in a Mega Depression
that will make the Great Depression of the 1930’s look like a Sunday School Picnic in
the Park.
The Parties are:
1: The stupid and insane American Voters.
2: The Congress, both Democrats and Republicans.
3: The News Media who have turned into whores and pimps for one party.
1: The stupid and insane American Voters because they enter the voting booth
completely devoid of any knowledge of our Nations history. They have never read the
Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States or any of the papers
of our Founding Fathers. I think that it was Jefferson who said ‘ in order for our
Federated Republic to succeed, we need an informed electorate”. The present electorate
does not measure up to any standard of informed. They are not taught about our
government in schools and must pick up there knowledge and understanding from TV.
Einstein once defined Insanity as doing the same thing over and over and expecting
different results. The American Voters returned over 80% of the sitting members of
Congress to a new term in 2008. The voters expected the Congress to do things
differently, but it is BUSINESS as USUAL, same faces, same policies. Never cut taxes
and never reduce expense. We are in a Mega Depression caused by a DEBT CRISIS and
all they can do is borrow more money. What is good for the American People is not
good enough for Congress.
2; The Congress, both Republicans and Democrats are the actual culprits and the
designers of this Mega Depression. The laws they enacted are simply to stay in power,
no matter how stupid and counter productive. Loss of industries, lost of jobs means
nothing to the Congress as long as they stay in DC. Political parties means more then
the People. Special Interests give candidates more money then the people can ever
afford, so the Political Allegiance goes to the Special Interests. The desire to stay in
office forever and ever requires strict adherence to the Political Seniority System or
they will not be supported in their reelections efforts by the Fat Cats of Money, if they
stray from the dictates of the Parties. No matter what party is in power.
The American People are treated like a cheap whore that they count and woo every 2
years and after the election, the cheap whore is thrown under the bus, so there DC
friends do not see then together.
3: The News Media who have turned into whores and pimps for one party. There only
job is to report truthfully the WHO, the WHY, the WHEN, the HOW, the WHAT and
the WHERE of any give story. Instead of doing their job they have taken it upon
themselves to shape and mold out country into the image they find appealing at any
given moment. They are elitist and aspiring to Royalty, they look down on the unwashed
and cruel masses, as little children who need to be lead by the nose for there own good.
Read any of the Main Street Media and you will get a feeling for the raw arrogance and
contempt they hold for the American People and the American way of life. Why don’t
these crude people understand how great and benevolent the Media is to tolerate this
vulgar, aggressive people.
The Media has sold it’s soul, if they have a soul, to one party and are doing the bidding
of that Political Party.
There is a solution to all these problems. TERM LIMITS, VOTER IMPOSED. Let’s
all meet in DC on March 15 2009 and show our discuse for the actions of our
Congress. There is not need to bring feather, tar or rails. 15 or 20 million VULGAR
AMERICANS, standing outside the Capitol Building will send the message loud and
